Adrian’s family has owned and operated a successful cattle ranch in middle America since the 1970s. Around the year 2000, her older brother parlayed this operation into several local butcher shops that grew into a statewide chain. Seeing that the business already covered two-thirds of the process that delivered meat products to their consumers’ homes, Adrian got the idea that they could cover all three: the production of the meat through their cattle farm; the production of different cuts through their butcher shops; and the production of packaged products through a food processing plant.
We came in to provide Duramax PVC wall panels for the food processing plant. Having completed expensive research on the requirements for processing meats, Adrian knew that there would be some liquids involved. She also knew it was important to keep a clean environment that was free of bacteria that could contaminate their meat products. After all, one bad batch was enough to put a dent in their reputation as a reliable brand.
Fortunately for Adrian, our vinyl wall panels carry all the benefits inherent in the material with our dedication to delivering the top quality product of its kind. Her new facility was fitted with our 100% waterproof PVC wall panels, which keeps fluids from accumulating under the surface, but also prevents fluids from getting between the seams. This attribute of PVC helps to stop bacteria from forming between the walls. In a meat processing plant, this becomes especially important since meat products are more susceptible than dry goods.
Her family operation has since started distributing their own packaged meat products with their own family staple, and Adrian expressed gratitude at our help in getting her plant up to speed. With the minimal upkeep required for PVC wall panels, she can focus more on the business. It will probably take a long time before their products become household names, but we were pleased to contribute in some small way to the success of Adrian’s venture.
