All orders cancelled after 48 hours of receipt will carry a 10% cancellation charge. Stock items in new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase only. All returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Custom manufactured goods cannot be returned. All returns and credits must be preauthorized in writing and include a Returned Goods Authorization number. No returned goods will be accepted without authorization and freight charges must be prepaid. Goods returned for credit must show invoice number. Credits will be issued on returns & applied to future purchases only. It is the customers full responsibility to ship back materials in good shape and without damage.
