To cut Duramax PVC Panels effectively, start by measuring and marking the area where the cut is needed (for electrical boxes, lights, taps, or similar fixtures). Outline the cut on the panel with a pencil or marker. Next, drill a 1/2” hole at one corner of the marked area to allow the jigsaw blade to enter. Once the hole is drilled, insert the jigsaw blade and carefully cut along the marked lines. For clean cuts, use a fine-tooth jigsaw blade. Afterward, smooth any rough edges with a file or sandpaper as needed to finish the cut.
